Victor M. Diaz — Founder | Architectural & Construction Consultant. More than two decades across architecture, construction, project coordination, permitting and development.
His story began at age 18 as a finish carpenter working on luxury homes in Bel Air, California. That experience created the foundation for a career built around craftsmanship, construction knowledge and attention to detail.
Over the years, Victor expanded his experience into architectural coordination, permitting, entitlements, project management, development and innovative construction concepts.
Since 2012, Victor has worked as a consultant with DeMaria Design in Los Angeles, supporting architectural services, permit processing, entitlement navigation and project coordination for residential development. His professional experience has also included hotel renovation projects with Pacific Empire Builder Inc. and high-end custom carpentry through Manorhouse Carpentry Inc., including work associated with residences in Bel Air, Beverly Hills and Venice.
