Meet Victor M. Diaz
Victor M. Diaz is the Founder and CEO of V.M.D. LAND LLC and the founder of VMD SPACES. He began his career at age 18 as a finish carpenter, contributing to luxury residential projects in Bel Air and other premier Southern California communities. His experience expanded into architectural coordination, permit processing, project management, modular construction, and land development.
Today, Victor brings those disciplines together through a development platform built around Vision, Management, and Development. His mission is to identify opportunities, connect the right resources, and help transform land and ideas into meaningful spaces for families, businesses, investors, and communities.
